I was thinking about getting a cast iron fry pan to fry eggs without sticking, then got to reading a thread here about it and some guy mentioned that he uses stainless steel to fry anything and it never sticks as long as it's done right. I just had plantain pancakes fried in coconut oil with cauliflower, Portobello mushroom, and leek soup, with ghee. I now eat 2 dz eggs a week. My cholesterol was 225 at this year's annual physical so I decided to go from 6 to 9 eggs a week to 4 to 5 eggs a day. You can go to the Philippines and eat them further developedI’m grossed out by sunny side up eggs and don’t eat them. I can eat scrambled eggs, but I still think eating eggs is weird. An undeveloped chicken.
