Does 303 require a constant use?

I've been wanting to give my tires more of a "newish" look, and have heard many good things about 303. And I know it protects...

My question is one more of this-if I suddenly do not use this product for a while-will it cause the tire to degrade faster? I normally do not use anything for my tire, and they all still look pretty good. (even the 7 year old goodyears on the cav) I'm not into shine, just making them look a bit nicer and cleaner.....

I was wondering that too...

I don't think there is enough scientific data to confirm this nor deny. Theoretically, 303 contains some UV blockers, so if your tires are subject to excessive UV exposure, then maybe it does make them last longer.

Personally, I use it (as rarely as I do) if I want the tires to look nice, not to make them last longer.

For keeping them looking nice, clean them with car wash soap or all purpose cleaner safe for aluminum wheels with a nice tire scrub brush. This will make the tire shine adhere better.
