Do you trust air filling stations?

I bought my own 12V aux power compressor when they started charging at gas stations.
Keeping the compressor in trunk all time along with cheap pencil gauge in glove box. Have an accurate digital gauge at home for checking and adjusting air pressure.
I used the compressor a few times and lent it to others on the road nowhere close to gas stations.
Buy your own, you save in the end and have one anywhere you go.

The gauges on those gas station inflators are notoriously completely inaccurate. This is why you should always carry a good tire pressure gauge, and always use the same gauge to check your tires.
