I started watching this today. Very good show I must say. I was young when this show debuted. Anyone else watch it?

Always remember the opening song of course....and the opening announcement from the producers; "Cheers is filmed in front of a live studio audience".

They shot this show on 35mm film and it looks glorious in High-Def!

I used to work in TV and we used "Cheers" reruns as rain-delay filler when the Red Sox were scheduled. Entirely appropriate given Ted Danson's storyline.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen an episode of cheers. Frasier, one of the best TV shows ever, in my opinion, was a spin-off from cheers.
