Most recent oil on my Explorer. Castrol Edge EP 5W-30 (gold bottle) and MC FL500S filter came out. Castrol EP 5W-30 and MC FL500S filter went in. This run did have a lot of idling time. I'm going to step back my OCI from 7500 miles down to 5k and go with Castrol Edge 5W-30 (black bottle).

Looks good. Viscosity is perfect despite the fuel dilution (notice the flashpoint). Strong TBN. EDGE EP does well. Not the biggest Castrol fan, but it's certainly a very good oil.
How much idling time would you say occurred? Any highway runs?

I am now very fond of Castrol oils and have built up a nice stock about 75 quarts strong.
If I had to estimate the idling time, I'd have to say about 30 hours, conservatively, in the past 9 months. I primarily use this vehicle as our road trip car. We have done 2 trips to Florida and a trip to Georgia on this OCI. Averaged about 21.5 mpg on that last trip to Florida doing about 70 -75 mph the entire way.
