What are you doing with the heads off? Swapping heads? Port work?

I have heard stories of guys swapping cams by removing the rocker arms and then rotating the cam to push the lifters up. Then carefully pulling the cam out and swapping that way.

Getting rid of the DOD lifters for some LS7 lifters.

You'll definitely be north of 400whp. With just headers and an E85 tune, my buddy was just a bit over 400whp.
