I have to give my wife credit for this. She just went ahead and ordered it for me when she was buying some other stuff for the house. If you're like me you like to take your time having your morning coffee, while going to your favorite websites, etc.

This thing keeps it at the perfect temperature all the way down to the last sip. They make tons of different makes and models of these things. This one works perfectly, isn't expensive, and draws only 17 watts.

It's one of those things that once you have it, you wonder how you ever lived without it.

Agreed. Can't beat it in the winter although if I'm out in my shop I usually use my Yeti mug.

I glad they work.

Years ago I had a coffee mug which had parallel sides. It was white and had a slight "mother of pearl" finish.
Whatever the ceramic was...it insulated like nobody's business. I'd use it outside in the Winter and it kept things quite warm.
It was outside on the concrete drive where it met its maker.

I never saw a mug that even resembled it.
