Don't go by color alone on the coolant choice, but it looks like many of the Pentosin coolant products could be used in many different types of vehicles with a complete flush of whatever is in there now. Seems to be an emphasis on environmentally friendly combined with corrosion protection.

The 1.5L Pentosin SF (red top) meets the Ford spec WSS M97B44-D which both my 14' Focus and 16' Escape require....it's basically Dexcool. Pentosin used to call this fluid 'Lifetime G-12' so I'm assuming it's long lasting in applications that call for it. I'm betting it could be used in GMs too.
