Amsoil AME 15W-40 now has moly?

May have a little.....but what kind of oil was in before? Won't others have to register to read that?

Ok, the guy stated that Delo was run in the truck before the Amsoil. That's why the moly is showing up.

I saw that one over at the Diesel Place...I recently sent in my UOA for Delo 5W40 and there was no Moly at all...strange. I guess only in the 15W40. Great results with the 5W40 synthetic though. I guess they use other additives in the synthetic.
Wonder why Amsoil and Mobil 1 don't use moly in their synthetic formulations? Is there any good reason to not use soluble moly?
They both use some. But not too much. More is not always better.
Very little moly and boron in all of my uoa's of AME.
