Almond Milk

In what way is oat milk unhealthy? I read an article or two more than a year ago and didn't find that oat milk was unhealthy so much as it not being as nutritious as other "milk" beverages.

I like and use almond milk, although I make my own, and I tried to make oat milk a while back with poor success. With almonds being very expensive and resource-intensive to grow it might be nice to have other alternatives to dairy milk.

Anything you can add to your statement would be appreciated.
I suppose they both have their pros and cons...

Who would have thought. 50% more calcium and half the calories of 2% milk. Who would have thought!!!
I am done with regular milk.
It takes 16 gallons of fresh water to grow and get a single almond onto your table

That is simply not true. Stop spreading lies.

Look it up. Wow.

I stand corrected, 3.2 gallons per single almond is much more environmentally sound consumption. A half gallon of almond milk takes between 33 and 255 almonds, depending on who made it.

I make my own almond milk sometimes. It's really very easy and
it doesn't have anything unnatural in it that store bought has.
