I've been running M1EP 5W-30 in my 2021 F150. Switching to QSUP 5W-30 on the next OC. I'm picking Ford spec oils only (xxxx-961) at least until I hit 60,000, just in case.

Some Full Syn. 5w30 in bulk containers, I thought that truck had a 8 quart capacity. Sounds like he’ll be changing a lot of oil and running up the miles.
M1 5w30 in the regular flavor in the Mustang GT. It calls (called?) for 5w20 for everyday driving, but 5w30 for track use. Well, if 5w30 is good enough for track use, then it's good enough for everyday driving. Crazy Ford suggests dumping the 20 for the track, then dumping the 30 when your done on the track!! This variation takes 10 quarts + a splash.
Starting in 2021, the 5.0 received internal upgrades, including a billet oil pump, new ring packs, and the belt driven oil pump is kevlar lined. 5w-40 seems very popular. 5w-30 is minimum viscosity starting in 2021 as well.
