I just changed mine out yesterday on my 2012 F-150 5.0. Put in the Ford recommended Motorcraft SP548 platinums. All were gapped about .51 so I left them. The old Iridiums that came out didn't look too bad for 101K. All had a gap of about .60. I can't tell much difference in when driving between the new and old plugs though. It was pretty easy except for the dang clips to remove the coil wires. If they came off easier it would be a 30 min job, but took about 90 min. Maybe I will post pics of the old plugs tonight, but they look pretty good.
