2009 Smart Pure, Castrol Edge 5W-30 (gold bottle), OEM (Smart) filter...
123 hours, but 16 months time...

Lot of people change their oil because they think it's been in long enough, even if they haven't gained many miles on a fill. It's a hard notion to shake. But we do routinely find that calendar time doesn't really matter, and that's the case here with Ladybug. This oil could have stayed in place a while longer --
maybe another six months? That's what we suggest aiming for next time. Metals are all around average.
Averages are based on 7,200 miles so you could say your wear is higher than it should be, but everything is really nicely balanced. This engine is doing well.

This is the first version of gold bottle edge, SM I believe.

Two years, 200 hours, or 7,500 miles....

Whatever comes first...

Different oil in this time, 1 quart Castrol Edge 5W-30, and 2.5 quarts Mobil1 0W-40.
Filter is oversized Purolator PureOne PL14610, instead of 14612...
