2003 Sorento 3.5 AWD

Neighbor is hot to trot for a very nice low miles always garaged 2003 Kia Sorento 3.5 EX. Asked my advice, so I ask you. Haven't seen it yet only in pics. She is very mechanically challenged. Did lots of research on parts, service, ratings, etc. Biggest knock is mpg and 4 WD - she will never go off road and no snow. Neither is a deal breaker. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

That's the old design Hyundai/Kia motor. Not a very good one IMO. It has a timing belt and only makes 194 HP. They can be reliable but eat to much gas for what they offer.
