2000 Honda passport pcv system issue?

Hi all!
I’m thinking I might have an issue with the pcv breather hose being clogged. When I blow on it,I get a lot of restriction.(pcv valve has good vacuum though). I’m thinking the nipple on the VC might be plugged up with carbon deposits if that’s possible? The engine is the 3.2L DOHC.
