Sorry for not coming back sooner guys. I ended up getting Honda MTF, so far I'm content.
Before, at a stop going into first gear it was very difficult, second gear was hard to get into, but no grinding, third was about the same but 4-5 was fine.
After the new fluid, going into 1st is a lot better, and I mean a lot. It's not perfect, but I feel better now.
Second gear is also a lot better, but I can still feel some resistance, not being as smooth as I feel it should be.
Same for 3rd gear
Overall, I think the fluid did a good job. I didn't quite get the results I was looking for, but for only $16, I won't complain. Next time around I think I'll try out a different fluid to see if I notice a difference.
