One of the few engines I would run 5w20 weight oil in . The manual does not state recomend it says must use or possible damage can occur .

I think maxlife is a good choice if your going to be changing it at least once a year. It sounds like the mileage will still be low per year.
Even the ones with a few exceptions should use 5w30...

This thin oil fad around here is strange.
Oh I run a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and have zero worries about the warranty and oil I use so save it.
