The one thing I've learned about Kroger gas....

I'll run a tank with a PEA cleaner once each year before an oil change.
The Focus just got this treatment.
I used CRC G2P, which has plenty of PEA and was bought on clearance at Walmart for $3.50.
I went many years with many cars without ever using anything, though.

Am I the only one who immediately thought of several sexual innuendos regarding that statement?!?!

On a more serious note, what do you people feel about the quality of the Diesel fuel sold by Kroger, as that is what I am typically buying there?

Filled up there (with discounts) for $1.60/gal yesterday.
Good enough for a savings of $12.64 for the tank over the only local TT option (BP) at $2.39/gal.
I'll dump some Techron in at the next oil change.
For that kind of savings, Kroger gas is fine for me.

Never noticed any difference in gas types. Then again, I usually don't stick to the same station, I go with what is cheapest around me.
Sunoco, Kroger, Valero, Exxon, Shell, Walmart, and Conoco all go into both vehicles. Never noticed better or worse perfomrance, mileage or starting issues.
