Power steering low pressure return line

It should eventually just burp itself out, no harm with driving it around, right? Just keep it topped off.

Jack the front so the tires are just off the ground or nearly so.

Then run it lock to lock many times (~20)

Driving it over time will do the same but if you want instant results, unload the system when you do the lock-to-lock turns.

This is the "trick" but as the others have said, it will work out over time.

I didn't think it was good to crank the steering wheel without the front end loaded? I thought the geometry of the steering/suspension was designed to be turned with a load on it.

Also, not a fan of turning the wheel while the vehicle is stationary. It puts a lot more strain on everything as opposed to moving a few MPH.
