I was browsing on Amazon looking at oil, just because, and I came upon this intriguing brand that I'd never heard of.

Anyone have any information on who makes this stuff?

I did something radical- brought up the site listed on the bottle.

Formerly AGIP, Italian energy (oil) company with a lot of North African oil fields.

Yeah, former Agip (from the logo if nothing else). The makers of this mythical oil:

Always wanted a can but never could actually find any for sale.

At least some of them seem to be Olympic Oil, the supplier of Ace Hardware house brand oil. Olympic used to make Spectrum Plus, the house brand for Kmart/Sears before they switched to Smittys.

The second bottle in your OP is the same as Smitty's synthetic offerings.

Here is the Olympic bottle

Eni is just Agip oil (Italian).

Eni bought Agip around 2003, and since then Agip oil becomes Eni.

I recall that Agip logo from far away.

Both my Guzzi and Aprilia came with this brand of oil. Just remembered how odd the six legged dog was. Never had any problems with the oil in my scoots. I get the oil from my dealer and use it in my bikes.

I owned an Aprilia Shiver 750 motorcycle I bought new. It had an Agip oil sticker on it from the factory.
