VI index of 241 is awesome (if true).

I'm interested in Caterham's opinion on this 'conventional' oil.
 
Formula Shell is a fine oil. I use it exclusively now that I can get it at BJs for about $2/qt during their annual or semi-annual instant savings sale. All highway miles, you can probably easily run it for 5000-7500 miles.

That caught my eye as well. Wow!!! 241 ! beats everything... Wait, not true.

I ran it for 5-6K in both of the Hyundais with no issues. Both cars were mixed driving (mostly in town). I think with the amount of highway driving that you are doing, 6K would be a nice round number.
