The car in my signature has the non-turbo 182-hp engine. I know there's a PCV system; but where is the PCV valve located? Is it something easy to replace? I don't recall seeing "service/replace PCV valve" in the owner's manual. Does GM recommend replacing the valve, and if so, at what intervals?

By the way, the car has just a hair under 45K miles.

Benz, if I remember the Ecotec 2.2L from my 2007 Cobalt correctly, the vacuum side of the PCV system was cast into the plastic intake manifold and had no replaceable (or visible) parts.

There isn't a valve, just an orifice. You may be able to clean it but, like JTK said, there's nothing to replace.
