Where can I get a complete list of ISP's?

I'm going to be relocating soon, and I am looking for a source that will list all the high speed internet service providers available for a given residential address. Where can I find one?

Also, if anyone knows of a similar list of all Voip phone providers, I would certainly appreciate it.

Check the yellow pages...? But really, almost any of the big guys will be around your locale...

Thanks for the link to dslreports. I am moving to a new area so I don't have a yellow pages for the area yet. I am hoping to use voip for my phone and save some money that way.
