There was no fifth winter, we could not stand it anymore. It had only 33k miles when we let it go.

It's ridiculous that they did not fix that stuff.

Somethings afoot or the dealer you want to is just outright a crook.

I can see Corp sending you back to the dealer but if you did not get satisfaction after that, then you should have called Corp again and have them bring in a district rep.

Those are all common warranty issues. The transmission is part of the 100k power train warranty and the rest are part of the 60k bumper to bumper.
 
This was the dealer we bought it from new.

To their credit, they did acknowledge the water leak. But instead of fixing it properly as I figure a body shop would, they simply slopped some goo on the inside. That slowed down the leak. After thouroughly drying the area and a good dry weather spell to ensure all was dry, the next rainy spell it was wet again. Back it went, and then this issue became another they would no longer acknowledge.
 
When I worked at a dealer in 08 it was fun to see people faces when you quoted them 700 a mo for a lease (cause they still had no resale) when a BMW was 399
