Vibration on braking

How does a rotor get warped, RIGHT after tire balance? (except as mentioned, wheel torque).
The real question is, can correct wheel torque, "unwarp" the rotor.

This does not happen as often as people think anymore, this used to happen years ago when the rotor was part of the hub and had the wheel bearing and lugs in the rotor. On that style improper tightening could and often did warp the rotor, today's rotors are mostly hat style that is captured between the hub and wheel, these are not really susceptible to warping due to improper tightening.
This pickup rotor can be damaged from careless tightening.
