Soft mushy brakes after repair?????

Thanks a lot guys, Abycat i am going to try the push and hold method after a good gravity drain.

Vikas i dont think i accidentally put in the sliding pins wrong, on the Toyotas the bottom pin has a rubber sleave on it , i were sure to put it back the same way, the new caliper came with new pins.

Push the pedal once and hold. Open the bleeder, close the bleeder while fluid is still coming out. Repeat as necessary.

Do not push the brake pedal past it's regular range of travel or you may damage the seal inside it.
