It's off topic, but to answer your question, the PP Euro 5W-30 and 5W-40 are A3 rated. Good luck finding them on store shelves, though.
There's a 15W-50 that's A3 rated as well, according to the label, but it's not on Pennzoil's site. I've sought a datasheet, but Pennzoil apparently doesn't respond to email.
