Post your latest oil change

The Wrangler has been showing quite a bit more metal in the last couple of UOAs, so after 6 months out came the Amsoil SS 0w30; sample to Blackstone. Replaced with 4.5 quarts of Amsoil SS 5w30 and a Wix filter.

RP gives me the highest mpg in my experience in the R18 motor (37 mpg in 60% freeway miles). From prior experience, I expect the mpg to drop by at least 1, but I know the protection and longevity of this oil is very good.

Wow, pleasantly surprised with the Penn Ultra, got 1 mpg better over the oci than the RP! So, about a week ago, I changed it out for QSUD 10W30 to see how this thicker oil does. It definitely quiets the motor a bit, but the mpg is lower, currently at 36 after 400 miles.

2011 Buick Enclave 3.6L DI. 82,400 miles, 6200 miles on oil, 1% on OLM. 1.5 Qts added as usual.

ACD PF63 non-E core.

Think I need to just switch to a High Mileage. I wanted to try PP HM but couldn't find it locally. Vehicle burns between 1.5-2 quarts through 6000 miles like clockwork and always has. Great vehicle otherwise besides the annoying half dozen recalls.

2010 Toyota Rav4, 4 Cylinder. 90500 Miles.

5100 Miles on Oil.

Used up my last cheap rockauto cartridge filter, wix clone.

6000 km on the oil

Replaced junk dealer filter with OEM Kia filter (no name on it). I can't believe the dealer put in a non-Kia filter. The manual says to only use Kia filters. They are a very good filter. Dealer also stripped a couple of the bolts that hold the engine guard in place. I told my son to bring his car here each time for an oil change.

2004 Honda S2000 59,000 miles

This just went in at 93k miles in the 530i...

In: Pennzoil High Mileage 5w-30, with TF-335 filter

At 128,072 miles, after 5,072 miles and 6 months and 6 days

Burned one quart plus a few drops during the OCI, topped off with Peak conventional 5w-30

Was gonna wait till 6K miles, but got a great deal on PZ HM at the local Firestone, the only chain auto shop I will patronize. $24.36 out the door, plus free coffee and WiFi.

Saw in NAPA Valvoline 5W40 MST on sale for $4.99 per bottle. Thinking to try that. Any opinions?
