1991 Chev. K1500, 4.3 V6, 91000 miles. Out Pennz HM 5w30, Purolator Classic. In NAPA Gold and remaining stash of QSGB (1 qt 5w30, 2 qts 30 wt, 2 qts 10w/40).

Used the cheap Purolator because it would be a short OCI. Never again! Filter crushed making it a pain to remove. Worked the filter up toward the base and finally got it removed.
