1997 Jeep Wrangler 2.5l
Out: 4 qts of some cheap dino 10w-30 from last year that I can't remember, MicroGard MGL51085.
In: 4 qts of Castrol GTX HM 5w-30, Fram PH16 (*gasp* It was all I could get at the time and this vehicle sees maybe 2 - 3k a year, I'm not worried)

Out: 4.5 qts of Motorcraft Syn Blend 5w-20, Motorcraft FL-400s
In: 4.5 qts Super-S HM 5w-20, Motorcraft FL-400s.
Can't speak for the performance of the oil at all yet as I did a valve cover gasket (cam pics coming to a new thread soon) replacement at the time and killed what was probably an original spark plug wire to cylinder 4. Car had bad misfire and parts stores were closed, going to repair 1st thing in the morning after work. Probably needed plugs and wires anyway...

OFI: 31 months and 6k kms to complete a cleaning phase.
I cut open the filter and there was a lot of grit; both in the can and in the pleats.
