A friends 1997 F150 with 2004 engine swapped in:
Out: Delo 10w30 synblend and MC500 filter
In: Delo 10w30 synblend and MC500 filter
This truck is for occasional use, so I figured I would use HDEO. HDEO gets used in tractors that only get used once per season, so I figure it is a good thing for occasional use vehicles.
I know the engine is a 2V design, but I don't know if it is a 4.6 or a 5.4.

No valvoline does not pay me, I just have always had good results with their stuff. If Mobil 1 had been on sale I might have used that also.
