Out: Shell Helix Ultra 5w40, Phoenix PO176 oil filter (8032km / 4991mi on oil and filter).

In: Shell Helix Ultra 5w40, Phoenix PO176 oil filter

-Throttle body and inlet manifold treated with Subaru Upper Cylinder Cleaner
-ISC chamber cleaned out and o-ring replaced
-Mitsubishi Engine Flush added prior to draining engine oil.
-Oil sump plug replaced with smaller 380/Galant plug and washer.
-Liqui-Moly MoS2 Anti-Friction Treatment added to new oil.
-Air Filter replaced (Phoenix PA986)
-Mitsubishi VSP Maxflow Fuel Treatment added

In: 2 qts PU 5w20, 1 qt PYB 5w20, ~3/4 qt PYB 10w30 & Wix 57145

Taking out whatever oil was in the truck @ purchase, and it will get 7.7 quarts of Amsoil OE with a Motorcraft FL500S filter.

Take note (your probably already aware) there is a TSB regards to aftermarket filters may cause noise. Not saying anything wrong with Purolator, just maybe/maybe not TSB falls in your vehicle, know it was fairly wide spread. Just FYI

Thanks, yes fully aware. No funny rattling noises coming from the use of this filter though. I have used it on three Hyundai. Appreciate it though.

OCI was my normal 10K. No oil consumption, and engine still clean as always. 9 month oil run this time around.
