-Amsoil OE 5w30

In: 3 quarts 10w30, O'Reilly Hi Mileage dino (5 qt jug special), plus an old bottle of Pennzoil yellow bottle; by old I mean I think it expired sometime 2010. Will add a glass to a pint of MMO come December.

Out: 5w30 Kendal Semi-Synth, over a year and a half old, but part of that duration (1.5 summers) the car was unused in storage. Lots of short trips, unknown OCI mileage, oil looked a little funky in color when I drained it. I'm kind of glad I finally decided to change the oil myself (I made that decision when I spent 10+ minutes at the firestone while the lone clerk at the counter was having some crazy drawn out conversation about some tire job with some customer) so that I was able to make this interesting observation.

So, again, not sure how many miles on it, but lots of short trips and from the looks of it it's seen betterdays; the sticker mileage due reading is kind of washed out, but the due date is the ridiculously conservative quarterly change interval; that date reads 6/12; I made the following record in bitog on 2/22/12, but did not note the odometer reading.
