How did the PP + M1 look with 20k? that is an interval for sure.

2000 Volvo V70, 115,400 miles, First run of European Spec oil with HPL EC 30
Mobil 1 0W40 + HPL EC 30

Clearly there is a lot of cleaning going on.

I will change the filter at 2,500 miles instead of 5,000.

2015 Hyundai Elantra 214,250 miles
6 month / 600 miles OCI
In: NAPA 5W30 Blend / OEM 35505
Out: Valvoline 5W30 Blend / VO 148

Spring change due to cold weather short trips. I’ll probably stick with an annual filter change and semi annual oil change with whatever blend I can get on sale.

It has been a good little around town beater for my teenage daughter. She helped with the change and general inspection- her first time doing it. Banner day.

Drive it once a week ATex. Shoot for 1600 miles in the next six months.
That filter should be (more than) fine for 18-24 months (up-to 5k). The filter's you're using flow well.

I've gone 24 months with my grandson's seldom driven Colorado P/U.... AC Delco PF61.

It is driven weekly just not very far. Only a few miles at time. I don’t really want to take it out for extra trips. And I doubt my daughter does either. Rather just change the oil during the Spring and Fall and go on about life as usual. Might extend the filter timeframe though. We’ll see.

Wife’s 2013 VW Beetle convertible 2.5. 40,250 on vehicle.
Out-? Whatever dealership put in 1.5 years ago.
In-Valvoline 5W-40 Euro. 6ish quarts
Reused filter. Oil and filter had less than 2K of use.
This was my first oil change on this bug. 18 fasteners with 4 different bolt head sizes to remove the skid plate.🤬

2011 Ford Focus base model

93k on vehicle.

Out: HPL NO VII 5w20 and Fram ultra that had 7,900k on it. Newer one with wire mesh not a OG good one.

In: this filter and 4.5 quarts MOBIL DELVAC 1 ESP 5w40. Going to go 10k at least on the oil maybe farther on the wire baked Donaldson.
