I have an 06 Toy 4Runner with 140,000 miles and I just started running an oversize P1 20195 filter I was wondering can I run this filter for my usual 8,000mi? I was running Fram XG-3600 that acording to Fram was good up to 10,000mi.

I had been using low end/mid range oil filters in my '94 LS400 for 1 year/12-14k miles since new. It has almost 300k miles without any problem related to oil or oil filter.
If your engine doesn't have sludge or shred a lot of debris then any oil filter will be good for 12-15k miles.

I think you could have done 8000 with the normal size p1 filters. They have a lot of media area.
I've done 11K miles with a PL20195. No problems to report, UOA came back fine.

Yes, provided the engine is not sludged or overly dirty.
