Oil wear testing

Have done some searching and couldnt find any wear test results for different oils. Can anyone tell me if anyone on BITOG has done any wear testing, and how to find it? I would think that on a forum like this someone would be doing some testing. Thx in advance.

We have to watch the pseudoscientific nonsense here. There is no one specific oil that is "better" at preventing wear than another. It's all application specific and usage specific. What's optimal in a Model T isn't going to be optimal in a new Powerstroke or a new Civic or a Chevy small block or a new Vette or a top fuel dragster or a Cessna 150.

And the one arm bandit test or a variation thereof isn't going to tell you anything, except which oil best passes the one armed bandit test.
