LOL ! I would absolutely refuse to give my hard-earned money away to XS-cargo knowing full well they sell those so-called "refurbished" shxt scraped from the bottom of the barrel.

No way in heaven would I deal with them, never (and plse don't come along bitxhing about Panasonic brought from XS-cargo (or anything from them at all, if any). It makes the product comparision absolutely unfair.

We bought a big 1.6 cu ft Panasonic via Inet just before Thanksgiving 2010. Hasn't missed a beat so far, & it can warm *Big* stuff. 9x13 baking dish of dressing? No problem!

The "Smart Reheat" feature works really well too.

I have a 1.3 kW Panasonic that I bought in fall 2001; it's been a great microwave oven. The ten-level inverter control of the magnetron is really useful. I often run the microwave oven at power level 8 because full power is just too strong.

On the subject of cheap magnetrons, I have heard that replacement magnetrons are often better quality than OE. One would hope so; they cost 80% of a new microwave oven.
