New car w/ 400 miles on odometer?

I don't consider an engine broken in with only 400 miles.

Just my experience!
Tried to deal on a Civic at a dealer in Scottsdale while my daughter was in school at ASU and they were being upmarketed not discounded. Same with the Accord! I'm sure it's not all Honda dealerships but, I know of too many dealers that do this on their Honda's. Even preowned they're quite a bit higher in this part of AZ compared to my home town here in western NY.

Had the same experience in Tampa/St.Pete's, Clearwater, Tarpin Springs area while I had my home in NewPortRichey. They only discount them a bit here where I live(Rochester) but there isn't much money to make on them anyway(like most vehicles these days).
