For certain. I like dthe "tipping point" article about Mobil 1 coming back into the extended drain marketing. This can bring the idea and Amsoil more into the mainstream. A good article on Amsoil as well. As well as a counter article with particularly old refernces(gf-2) from quaker state defending the 3k myth.

If extended drains become publicly acceptable it is a win for the environment as well as common sense automotive maintenace. But the quicky lube industry is not going to let the revenue busting extended drain ideas put many of them out of business without a fight.

Some interesting arguments are going to occur for the public trust. It only takes exposure to good data to show that 3k mile oci's are not neccesary.
