EVERYTHING you eat is bad for you.....

In the parts of the US where the majority of people live, air quality is vastly cleaner than in the past. Wood smoke, candles, kerosene lamps, home coal burning, etc. made indoor and outdoor air quality in towns and cities way worse than today.

I grew up near the Hudson River in NYC and we kids sometimes swam in it on hot summer days. It wasn't very clean so we kept our heads out of the water. Today, over 50 years later, you could almost drink it because of sewage treatment etc....

As far as processed foods go....isn't the FDA supposed to look out for the citizens. It's strange that they are now saying sugary cereals are OK...I wonder why??
