K&N oil filers with the nut on the end are not allowed on race tracks because they can leak oil from the spot welds (due to vibration and corrosion) that hold nut on the dome end of the filter.

Really, LOL, I am talking about the Oil Filter, if you have a clean engine, there is no reason this Oil filter cannot go 20K. I think we have a member on here who is running a Fram XG, OG type oil filter to like 60,000 miles.

Does your Oil Filter have a Nut on it?

Hello Car54, he is going to run his Fram Ultra aka the OG style to 60,000 miles. So it will be like 3 20,000 mile oil changes. Is it me or my! LOL
