That kit won't hurt - only thing I'd be leery of is the DBW throttle and it's "home" position. I did clean up a DBW Toyota throttle a while ago with no ill effects, I think there's a algorithm to "home" the stepper motor and plate to 0 each key cycle.
I'd keep a OBD-II dongle around to clear any codes, and be careful with the induction cleaner, spray/induce it past the MAF sensor, there should be a vacuum nipple past the MAF sensor you can use.
