If they can get down to a 0W30 or 0W40 and add friction modifiers to the mix with out hurting OCI, Engine Wear, Deposits, and Consumption it could be huge fuel savings for large fleets compared to 15W40.

Even a 5W30 when looking at the fuel consumption used by a fleet would be huge saving so long as warranty cost's are not increased.Not many fleets run 5W40 due to cost compared to 15W40. A 5W30 that protected like a 15W40 and cost the same would be huge.

10W30 low hths is just not that exciting it is a small step really. A great step but still small.
