Engine Oil assembly lube?

ARP recommends their assembly lube to Head and Rod bolts prior to torquing. I have a container of Red Line assembly lube. Are they effectively the same. ARP says it really is important to ensure to get proper torque reading, as friction causes incorrect readings. Well Redline seems to be the same thing?

Call ARP and ask I called then with questions years ago and they were real helpful .The application can be unforgiving so I would ask them.
