Since Iridium spark plugs last so long I fell behind on my sparkplug numbers. About 70,000 miles ago I put in 41-110 sparkplugs. Sometime along the way the number changed to 41-162 and a small “collar” was include in the design. I attached a photo. This design is recommended for all Gen 4 engines.
In 2014 the Gen 5 engines got direct injection and a part number change to 41-114. I believe the 41-110 is no longer made. The pre-2014 V-8’s still get 41-162 Iridium plugs
A second photo shows a 41-114,the. Number of threads is totally different, with 10 for the 41-162 and 17 for the 41-114 .Please fill in the gaps ( no pun intended) if you like.
