It may be a wise idea to change the transfer case fluid if you haven't yet as well. Which transfer case unit do you have - part time or full time (auto) transfer case?
Grease the driveshafts too if you aren't already doing so regularly.
This picture shows the grease fitting locations - if you can't see or access them, move the vehicle a few feet to allow the driveshafts to rotate. Any NLGI No. 2 lithium soap base grease will work fine.
