If I had to pick just two from the map:

Cacio E Pepe (super simple dish yet heavenly)
Tagliatelle Bolognese

And about a dozen runner ups. I love clams in pasta, but the picture shows larger shelled clams, I prefer smaller clams in pasta. Lots, and lots of other wonderful options on that map.

Yup, I'll print this map and use it as a menu. When my wife asks "What do you feel like having for dinner?", I'll just point.
