Anyone else considering hoarding manuals?

Only way to "fix" my problems is to add a 5 car garage--don't get me wrong, I'd love to have one. But the cost to build one, then the increase in property tax, isn't free. Building a $25k garage increases property value by that much,

$25K to build a garage? I would have done that years ago. $150K here.

The only vehicle I regret selling was my manual Geo Metro, that little 50hp or so engine was a blast to row through the gears.

Everything else I've driven though, meh give me the auto.

Just checked my list and 22 of the 65 cars I have are manual. I'm set for a while.

Yes! I started with this one. Well, I fibbed....not really hoarding them but will nurture this one for years to come.
