antique license plates vs normal one

In Maine I could drive an unloaded Peterbilt on a "normal" Class C driver's license if it wears antique tags, and I'm doing the parade thing. One can also pull a flatbed trailer with parade float chairs and junk on it.

I presume no formal action was taken against Chris, they just read him the riot act. Cop's interpretation being key.

Smile at the cop and remind him you're only driving it "to and from an event" such as a car show. I would think parades would satisfy.
