Looking for proper license plate holder.

In my other thread I noted that my mom had purchased a 2021 Equinox.

I gave the exterior a look over today, and it appears that the vechicle was traded in from another state. There is no front license plate holder on this car.

Can anyone point me to the correct holder/bracket?

Are the rivet holes there already or will you have to drill them? It might be less trouble to just install it yourself, if you have a drill (if needed) and a rivet gun, compared to scheduling, driving it there, waiting or making 2nd trip there, etc... looks like a 5 minute job to DIY.

They had already told her they owed her mats and a front license plate holder, she forgot. They'll call when the parts come in.
